St. Jude patients design unique NASCAR paint schemes
Since 2002, the NASCAR Busch Series Memphis 250 has helped bring awareness to the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital®. During race week, participating drivers visit the children of St. Jude offering words of encouragement as the patients continue their fight against cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

For the past two years, racing teams have been invited to participate in the St. Jude Design a Dream campaign. Teams incorporate St. Jude patient artwork for their car's paint schemes for this race.

Racing fans are invited to join a "Pit Crew" with any of the participating drivers or create their own pit crew by pledging to donate monthly to St. Jude as a Partner in Hope. Not only will Partners in Hope make a difference in the lives of St. Jude patients, they will receive a limited edition Racing to Save Lives hat.
